  Me and my wife have been going through Aaron's for a lil over 3 years and have paid off a tv and a whole bedroom set except we had to get a different mattress.. So of course when every thing else was paid off that wasn't we only owed $80 on it when we ran into a tight spot so we called to have you come get it.. You sent 2 guys over to our home to pick up the mattress and the older man said i might just leave it here that there not gonna resale it it would just get tossed he asked if we could use it and we said yea we could we only owe $80 on it... He went outside to call the store and came back into our home and said we have to take it with us.. Now i dont expect nothing for free but your workers should not tell someone that something they've paid on for a long while is just gonna get tossed in the trash for $80 thats owed and thats probably in late fees... My point is we were loyal costumes for years and even sent business to your store all just to have someone tell you that something you've worked so hard to pay off is just going to the trash instead of leaving with you and letting keep the item you spend $100s off $ on... You must have let others keep their things they couldnt pay off if you weren't able to resale it or your worker would have never said that... THANKS AARONS FOR BEING UNDERSTANDING!!!!
